Resumo
CARACTERIZAÇÃO: instrumento de auto-resposta baseado na caracterização da dissociação do DSM que tem como objetivo avaliar as experiências dissociativas em adolescentes.
ESTRUTURA E COTAÇÃO: 11 itens respondidos através de uma escala de Likert de 0 (nunca) a 10 (sempre). A pontuação total resulta da soma da pontuação de todos os itens divididos pelo número de itens, variando entre 0 e 10 (dissociação alta)
CARACTERÍSTICAS PSICOMÉTRICAS: A consistência interna medida pelo modelo Alfa de Cronbach mostrou um valor de 0,94. A análise fatorial da estrutura da escala revelou uma solução de um fator que explicou 38,8% da variância. A A-DES discriminou entre adolescentes com problemas de saúde mental (M ± DP = 3,89 ± 1,84) e adolescentes saudáveis (M ± DP = 2,06 ± 1,41).
PONTO DE CORTE: A análise dos pontos de corte através da Receiver Operating Curve confirmou o valor de 4 determinado por outros estudos.

CHARACTERIZATION: self-response instrument based on DSM dissociation characterization with the objective of evaluating dissociative experiences in adolescents.
STRUCTURE AND SCORING: 11 items answered through a Likert scale from 0 (never) to 10 (always). The total score derives from the sum of the scores of all items divided by the number of items, ranging from 0 to 10 (high dissociation).
PSICOMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS: The internal consistency measured by Cronbach's Alpha model showed a value of 0.94. The factorial analysis of the scale structure revealed a solution of one factor that explained 38.8% of the variance. The A-DES discriminated between adolescents with mental health problems (M ± SD = 3.89 ± 1.84) and healthy adolescents (M ± SD = 2.06 ± 1.41).
CUTOFF SCORE: Receiver Operating Curve confirmed the value 4 determined in other studies.
